Being a medicinal plant Aloe Vera provides us various types of nutritional benefits. As it can be both internally and externally used, that’s why there is importance of the different parts of this plant. Being a container of 200 essential components like (vitamin, mineral, enzyme, amino acid, polysaccharide etc.) it can be undoubtedly said that aloe Vera can be used for such a wide range of remedies. Every aloe Vera leaf is filled with a gel like substance which is mainly consists of water. That get like substance plays an important role in the enrichment of our skin and many other fields.
