Being a seasoning ingredient, curry leaves are added to almost every dish for the enhancement of its taste as well as flavour too. Though we usually throw all of curry leaves instead of eating the same but everyone should know that curry leaves provide us different types of health benefits. In brief we can say that curry leaves are packed with different types of ingredients. 

Some of the health benefits which we can avail from the curry leaves are described in brief in the following:
·         Prevents anaemia: Anaemia is usually caused due to lack of iron as well as less absorption power of iron. Being rich in iron as well as folic acid curry leaves help us a lot to get recovered from anaemia. Curry leaves not only act as a rich source of iron but also the folic acid increases the absorption of the iron in our body. That’s why curry leaves can be treated as one of the best medicine to cure anaemia permanently.
