What is the term Colo rectal Cancer?

Many people would be aware of this disease which originates in colon or rectum parts of the large intestine. It is also called as colon cancer or rectal cancer or bowel cancer. It happens due to abnormal growth of cells which can spread to other parts of the body easily.What are its signs and symptoms?It may include blood in the stool or a change in bowel movements and sudden weight loss and tiredness feeling all the time.

How to prevent from it? It can be prevented by increasing surveillance and changing living style by dieting. Should eat much of whole grains fruits vegetables means green products and less intake of red meat junk and oily foods. Say no cigarette and alcohol. And strong physical work and exercises is recommended in this. Sitting idleall day and night can increase the cause of disease.Those who are in high risk of colon should do medication. Aspirin and celecoxib decreases the risk of colorectal cancer. It can be removed by surgery if the disease is in early stage.
