What is the term Colo rectal Cancer?

Many people would be aware of this disease which originates in colon or rectum parts of the large intestine. It is also called as colon cancer or rectal cancer or bowel cancer. Should eat much of whole grains fruits vegetables means green products and less intake of red meat junk and oily foods. Say no cigarette and alcohol. And strong physical work and exercises is recommended in this. Sitting idleall day and night can increase the cause of disease.Those who are in high risk of colon should do medication. Aspirin and celecoxib decreases the risk of colorectal cancer. It can be removed by surgery if the disease is in early stage.
