Delete Data in Excel Tutorial

MS Excel provides various ways of deleting data in the sheet. Let us see those ways.
Just like selection MS Excel also has different options for deleting the data in the excel sheet. Let’s take a look on some of the ways. 

Delete via Mouse

Firstly select the data that has to be deleted. Right click on the selected area and select the option delete. This option helps in deleted the required data.

Delete via Delete Key
Select the data that has to be deleted and press the button ‘Delete’ from the keyboard. It will instantly delete the data.

Selective Delete for rows

Using mouse select the rows that you wish to delete and click on the + Control key. Further, right click of the mouse displays various options; select the delete option to delete the selected rows.

Move Data in Excel Tutorial

Excel also has provision for moving data with MS Excel.
First of all select the data that has to be moved and right click on the select data and select the cut option. 
Now, select the first cell where the data needs to be moved. Right click on the cell and paste the data that has to be moved. Consider the below screen short to know how moved data will look.
