2015 Quarter results of Apple and Samsung
The Q1 results of Apple and Samsung are publically out now. The competition is at the peak and every tech giant is striving to be the number one player in the business. The year 2015 is about to reach the Q2 and the results of Q1 have been declared.
Samsung’s ships looks sinking in the Q1 2015 with 40% drop in the profit. It hasn’t acted good enough to reach the targets set by the analysts. Samsung is facing a head-on competition with Apple as well as other low cost high configuration Chinese developers which makes Samsung earn profit of 4.6 trillion for Q1 2015 which 38.9% lower than that of 2014. Samsung has faced the 4th decline in the row and missed the analyst target of 4.9trillion. However, Samsung is expecting to rise again with the release of Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.   But Samsung has made it clear that the competition is about to intensify in the latter months with the frequent Smartphone release from local firms.
Talking about Apple, their iPhone sales have accounted for 75.4 million emerging out from sales of the huge count of 61.2million iPhone’s Apple has shined above the 57.3 million estimate set by the analysts. However according to Tim Cook, only 1/5th of Apple users are currently using the upgraded  models and huge crowd is yet to join the latest platform. Analyst studies also suggest that half a billion iPhone’s will be running the streets till the end of this year because Audience of Android is drifting towards iPhone 6 and 6Plus.
