LG G4 finally flagged off by LG in the recently held launch event
Finally LG has torn apart all the wraps of rumors mounted over designing and configuration of LG G4 within past few weeks. LG G4 got announced by LG in the main event which took place on 28th April 2015. Most of the rumors including leather backs etc were authentic however LG beat down the rumor mill when it came to designing of LG G4.
- Design: The polycarbonate casing of LG G4 houses a 5.5inch display, potted by leather back panel on the rear end. The body of LG G4 is a bit curved and LG claims that this curved body of LG G4 makes increases its durability by additional 20% in comparison to a flat Smartphone. The polycarbonate casing in LG G4 makes this Smartphone light in weight and thus easy to operate.
- Display Quality: LG G4 flaunts a 5.5inch QHD IPS quantum display which provides resolution of 2660*1446pixels and pixel density of 534ppi. This amazingly pixilated display comes shielded with corning Gorilla Glass 4 panel. This display from LG is claimed to be a special blend producing 25% extra brightness as well as 50% more contrast as compared to LG G3.
- Performance: As far as performance of LG G4 is concerned, this Android v5.1 Lollipop OS running Smartphone has been facilitated with hexa core Snapdragon 808 processor ticking at 1.8GHz and coupled with 3GB RAM and Adreno 418 GPU. - Battery backup: Being packed with a 3,000mAh battery, LG claims that this Smartphone can provide talk time of more than one day on single charge. LG G4 is featuring fast charging and wireless charging technology also and LG claims that it can be charge up o 60% within just 30 minutes.
- LG’s latest UI: LG G4 is skinned with the latest UI from LG known as LG UX 4.0. This brand new UI from LG features Knock Code; Knock on, Smart Alert, Smart Board, Quick Shot and many other exciting features to be explored.
