Being a part of the pea family, soybeans are right now considered as the world’s major crop. Now a day several techniques are evolved to process soybeans into oil, milk, tofu, and soy protein. The soybeans are mainly of two types according to the colour e.g. yellow and black. Being low in fat and calories, it acts as a rich source of protein, fibre, vitamin and minerals it has enough capability to provide us a healthy physic throughout the life. The health benefits which are mostly reported are described in the following in brief:
 
  • ·         Moisturizing the skin: The soybeans act as an efficient moisturizer for any type of skin. If you have oily skin, then also the proper uses of soybeans have enough capability to reduce the oil secretion over the skin. Apart from this it is also used to get rid of dry, flaky skin.
  • ·         Anti-ageing agent of skin: Soybeans act as an anti-ageing agent of the skin thus it reduces the ageing signs like skin discoloration, wrinkles, dark spots, fine lines, etc. According to the ageing the production of the oestrogen in our body gets reduced.
