Ayuredic Remedies for Dandruff

Dandruff is one of the most common disorders people are facing today. It is the non infectious skin disease of the scalp, where the dead skin cells appears onto the scalp in the form of white flakes, which may be found even on face, eyebrows, clothes, ears, body folds, neck and front of the chest when you comb or scratch your scalp. Dandruff is caused due to the frequent heat or cold exposure, excessive exposure to hair styling products, chronic constipation, stress, fatigue, pollution, dryness in body and many more. Coconut with lemon
Lemon is the most important component to get rid of hair problems. Blend lemon and warm coconut oil together and apply it on the scalp. Leave it for at least half an hour before shampoo. Follow this for at least two weeks and see the results.
Hot oil massage
We normally apply oil directly to our hair, which is good. But the best we can do is to warm it up a little and then apply it to get soaked deeper in the roots. It can do wonders to your hair.
Raisins and AlmondsWell, we all have done this in childhood and some of us still do it. Soak five raisins and five almonds in water at night. Eat them the next morning.
Vinegar
Vinegar is yet another component, which is essential for your hair. It not only treats your hair well, but also helps in clearing it. All you have to do is put two tablespoon of vinegar in a cup of hot water and dab it on the scalp with the help of cotton.
Amla
Amla is not only good for your hair, but it is amazing for your eyes and skin too. All you have to do is combine Amla powder, tulsi leaves and water to create a perfect anti dandruff hair pack. Once you are done with it, rub this paste onto the head thoroughly and keep it for almost 30 minutes. Once your time is over, rinse it with normal water. It cures the annoying and irritating hair condition. If ever you feel lazy to make Amla paste, you may simply eat Amla which is amazing for you overall body and can do wonders.
Aloe Vera
You can get the Aloe Vera leaves from you nearby garden. The thick gel extracted from the Aloe Vera leaves is one of the most recognized remedies in dealing with dandruff related issues. It is very simple, all you have to do is apply the gel all over your hair and leave it overnight. Shampoo your hair the next morning. Aloe Vera not only copes up your dandruff, but it also softens your hair and is amazingly good for your skin too.
